We firmly believe that any level of harm is unacceptable. We are dedicated to fostering a safer workplace and minimising our environmental footprint. Our goal is to ensure that every individual returns home safe and healthy each day, while also ensuring that our activities do not harm the environment.
Planet Mark Certified
We are dedicated to reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainability.
As a certified Planet Mark member we publish the outcomes of our SustainHEBility strategy each year, including independent verification of our emissions reductions. We track Scope 1, 2 and 3 using Planet Mark methodology and report openly on results.
- Operational carbon reduction: targeting ≥5% year-on-year, driven by an electric/hybrid fleet (now 90% hybrid) and route optimisation to cut travel time and fuel.
- Measured impact: last audit recorded a 25.1% absolute reduction (market-based Scope 1 & 2) and 34.1% per-employee reduction, from a 194.8 tCO₂e footprint (2.3 tCO₂e per employee).
- Public reporting: we publish an ESG dashboard with performance reports, case studies/testimonials and social-value contributions (£).
