Maintenance beyond legal requirements

Preventative monitoring and maintenance
Over time, debris can accumulate and become trapped in various parts of mechanical systems, compromising their performance. We carry out regular HVAC filter changes as well as more comprehensive cleaning to keep mechanical systems in prime working order.
Internal mechanical components can also wear out or become misaligned over time. Left unchecked, these can impair efficiency and increase energy costs. Ultimately, they can lead to breakdowns. If valves become offset, your HVAC system may be giving off heat and cooling at the same time. Cooling coils covered in dirt or dust also cause an energy drain on the fan mechanism. Through regular minor mechanical checks, we detect faults such as these and take action before they cause significant problems.
