Construction Site Cleaning
Construction projects need different types of cleaning at different stages, and each one has an equally important job to do.
Our construction site cleaning supports developers, principal contractors and teams throughout the life of a project. Whether the requirement is ongoing site cleaning or more detailed work as the build moves towards completion, we plan our service around what the site needs and when it needs it.
Safety Comes First on Site
Construction cleaning has to work to the same standards as the rest of the project.
Access, sequencing, documentation and site rules all matter, especially when work is taking place around active trades and changing site conditions. Projects are overseen by CSCS card holders, with RAMS, COSHH-compliant methods and the right PPE in place before work begins.
This gives site managers confidence that the cleaning is being carried out safely, properly and with a clear understanding of how the site operates.
Planned Around the Project
Cleaning on a construction site needs to be timed around phased deliveries, handover dates and the daily operations throughout a site.
This is why our construction site cleaning is built around the project rather than acting as a road block. Some projects need support at set points, while others need a more flexible approach as priorities shift.
By working closely with the site team, we make sure the cleaning supports progress, keeps key areas moving and reflects the way the project is actually being delivered.
Welfare Facilities Cleaning
Welfare facilities are used constantly on live construction sites, because of this, they need to be kept clean, presentable and most importantly, fit for daily use.
Our site cabin cleaning supports these essential spaces, giving your team areas they can rely on throughout the job, from offices and meeting rooms to canteens, washrooms, toilets and changing areas. Our service can be planned around the needs of the site, whether that's routine visits across the week or extra focus on the busiest welfare cabins.
After Builders Cleanup
As a project nears completion, a final clean is essential for the removal of dust, debris and leftover building materials.
Our after build clean deals with this, clearing the heavier mess left behind so spaces are safer, cleaner and easier to move through. This work can include fine surface dust, paint marks, plaster residue, packaging waste and the general build-up that gathers across a live project.
Final Handover Cleaning
Once the main build-related mess has been dealt with and the project is close to completion, the focus shifts to detail.
On final handover cleans we finish the job, giving extra attention to the surfaces and finishes that shape first impressions. This includes polishing glass, cleaning internal glazing, wiping frames, removing light marks, and treating floors. The end result is a building that’s ready for inspection, sign-off and the final handover.
