Our senior leadership team is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Heb’s Cleaning & Hygiene + Security division, ensuring we deliver consistent service, stay compliant with industry regulations, and continue to grow in the right areas. Based in Doncaster, they lead on high-level contract mobilisation, client relationships, service innovation, and national business development.

They work directly with public and private sector clients, including schools, academy trusts, health clinics, housing providers, commercial landlords, and retailers, to understand the unique challenges of each environment. From complex TUPE transitions to multi-site scheduling and consumable procurement, they ensure we deliver services that are cost-effective, easy to manage, and tailored to the space.

This team also leads the expansion of our C&H Supplies offer, enabling clients to order everything from washroom products and consumables to floorcare, PPE, and dispensers from a trusted single provider.

Operations & Contract Management

Delivering Daily Services That Clients Can Rely On

Our contract management team leads the day-to-day delivery of services across our cleaning and hygiene contracts, from Doncaster to South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, and the Midlands. They oversee more than 150 cleaning operatives and 10+ team leaders and supervisors, managing site schedules, staff rotas, audits, and direct client support.

Each Contracts Manager is responsible for a specific group of sites, building strong relationships with school business managers, commercial property leads, estates teams, and NHS contacts. They coordinate training, spot checks, equipment checks, consumable orders, and ensure that our standards are maintained, even during holidays, absence cover, or seasonal demand spikes.

This team also oversees the mobilisation of new contracts, including TUPE transitions, uniform and DBS checks, and site induction. They’re supported by local team leaders who carry out daily checks and work side-by-side with our operatives to maintain both morale and standards.

Our licensed security team provides manned guarding, mobile patrols, vacant property checks, and key holding services for commercial and public sites across Yorkshire and the Midlands. Whether we’re supporting a construction project, an office complex, or an education site, our focus is on safeguarding people, property, and peace of mind.

Services are delivered by SIA-licensed professionals who are trained in conflict management, access control, and lone worker safety. We build security packages around client needs, from fixed hours and overnight patrols to flexible, reactive call-outs during seasonal peaks or higher-risk periods.

Our cleaning and security teams also collaborate to deliver combined packages, ensuring your building stays clean, secure, and well-managed under one contract.

Support & Finance

Keeping Operations Running Smoothly Behind the Scenes

Our support and finance team handles everything from recruitment and onboarding to invoicing, reporting, and staff engagement. They’re responsible for ensuring that operatives are paid on time, sites are correctly resourced, uniforms and supplies are delivered, and service records are accurate and up to date.

They also liaise with contract managers to coordinate payroll, address performance issues, monitor absences, and issue health & safety paperwork and training records. Their focus on detail and consistency ensures our cleaning and hygiene operations remain professional, compliant, and easy to manage for clients across every sector.
