Middlecross Care Home: Design Development Underway for Leeds’ Newest Assisted Living Scheme
Work is now underway on the Middlecross Assisted Living Care Home in Armley, Leeds, where Heb Mechanical & Electrical has been appointed to deliver the full M&E package. Commissioned by Leeds City Council and delivered by Morgan Sindall Construction, the new facility will feature 65 supported living apartments and specialist care infrastructure. With GSHP bore drilling already in progress, Heb is focused on delivering energy-efficient, compliant, and future-ready building services tailored to the healthcare sector.

Heb Group successfully completed essential fire safety compliance works at Manor House assisted living accommodation in Stannington. This project involved critical upgrades, including fire door and alarm replacements, fire stopping, emergency lighting enhancements, and asbestos removal, all conducted in a live environment with 50% occupancy.

Heb Mechanical & Electrical delivered the £7 million M&E package for Kangaroo Works, a 14-storey mixed-use residential development within Sheffield’s Heart of the City II masterplan.
