Design & Pre-Construction Services
We engage early in the project lifecycle to provide accurate, technically sound design and pre-construction input. Our team supports feasibility studies, value engineering, budget planning, and energy modelling to ensure that M&E designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with the project vision. We use advanced tools including BIM, AutoCAD, and 3D modelling to support clash detection, coordination, and cost forecasting.

Mechanical Installations
Our mechanical installation service covers full HVAC systems, heating and cooling plant, air handling units, above ground drainage, BMS controls, and specialist ventilation systems such as LEV and MVHR. We also install domestic water systems, boosted cold water supplies, gas pipework, and all associated ducting and insulation. We deliver turnkey mechanical packages for both new builds and refurbishments, working to strict health and safety and quality standards.
We’ve installed mechanical systems in schools, factories, hospitals, retail outlets, and care homes, managing both the infrastructure and environmental requirements of each. Our site teams work seamlessly with other trades and subcontractors to ensure safe sequencing and minimal disruption, especially in live environments.

Electrical Installations
Our electrical services include low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) distribution, containment, lighting systems, fire alarms, small power, CCTV, intruder alarms, emergency lighting, access control, data cabling, and life safety systems. We also support renewables and smart energy solutions, including EV charging infrastructure and solar PV integration.
Our qualified electricians are trained to work safely in all settings, from secure healthcare buildings to construction sites and school campuses. We carry out site wide rewires, panel board replacements, distribution upgrades, and full lighting and emergency system installations. We also provide power provision for plant, lifts, and specialist machinery.

Commissioning & Compliance
Heb provides full commissioning, testing, and compliance verification for every M&E system we deliver. We manage the process from pre-commissioning and flushing to final performance verification, handover packs, and training. Our in-house teams carry out all testing, including pressure testing, air balancing, water sampling, and electrical certification.
Our services include PAT testing, EICR inspections, fire alarm and emergency lighting certification, and BMS functional testing. We document every step through digital reporting tools to ensure that all commissioning activity is auditable, traceable, and aligned with project timelines.
