Heb Mechanical & Electrical delivered the full £12 million M&E package for the Emily Siddon Building (Southgate 2) at the University of Huddersfield. Working with Kier Construction, we provided integrated electrical, mechanical, medical gas, and BMS systems to support the UK’s first NHS Community Diagnostic Centre Hub on a university campus.
Kangaroo Works, Ridgeback Group
Heb Mechanical & Electrical delivered the £7 million M&E package for Kangaroo Works, a 14-storey mixed-use residential development within Sheffield’s Heart of the City II masterplan. Our works included HVAC, HV/LV distribution, life safety systems, and integrated building services across 365 apartments and commercial units.
