Transforming Sheffield's 'Heart of the City' with Cutting-Edge M&E Services
At The Heb Group, we are proud to have played a pivotal role in Sheffield City Council's 'Heart of the City' development, working with main contractor Henry Boot, managing all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services for Blocks H2 and H3. This project is a cornerstone of the Heart of the City II regeneration masterplan, aimed at revitalizing Sheffield's city center.

St. Helena's Centre
The Former St Helena’s centre was purchased by the University of Derby in 2014 with the vision as using the space as a base for vocational higher education. Heb Group have been commissioned to design and install new M & E services and systems, whilst maintaining the dignity of the existing listed building and contemporary extensions.

The scheme included the complete replacement of the central heating plant, to a gas fired 4 No modular boiler installation on pre-fabricated skid arrangement (from steam fed heat exchangers) and full new BMS to the full building.
