The scheme is a 300,000 square foot warehouse and an office over 3 levels.

The Client was B&K and the end user is a local and long established Electronic Component company called Premier Farnell. The initial Scheme value was £1.3 million.

Heb Group was then engaged to Design, Supply, install, test and commission a Warehouse fit out which included Containment, Power, Lighting, Fire Alarms, Fibre Network infrastructure and Cat 6 cabling which brought the scheme total to £2.7 million. The additional works were incorporated into the scheme and fast tracked to a completion within 15 weeks.

Interesting fact – To illuminate the Warehouse we have used 4km of Busbar.
