The scheme is a 300,000 square foot warehouse and an office over 3 levels.
The Client was B&K and the end user is a local and long established Electronic Component company called Premier Farnell. The initial Scheme value was £1.3 million.
Heb Group was then engaged to Design, Supply, install, test and commission a Warehouse fit out which included Containment, Power, Lighting, Fire Alarms, Fibre Network infrastructure and Cat 6 cabling which brought the scheme total to £2.7 million. The additional works were incorporated into the scheme and fast tracked to a completion within 15 weeks.
Interesting fact – To illuminate the Warehouse we have used 4km of Busbar.

The Heb Group Elevated One Waterside Place with Advanced M&E Installations
The Heb Group provided advanced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations for One Waterside Place, a seven-story multi-occupancy building with six lettable floors and a ground-floor retail space. This project was a significant component of the £340 million Chesterfield Waterside regeneration scheme, marking the completion of the Basin Square phase.
